Self-forgiveness is one of the most powerful and tender forms of healing. It asks us to release the weight of past choices, soften self-judgment, and meet ourselves with compassion instead of criticism.
This month’s Embody Your Light circle is devoted to the practice of forgiving ourselves — not to erase the past, but to free ourselves from the shame, guilt, and pressure we continue to carry. When we learn to meet ourselves with understanding, we create space for growth, self-trust, and emotional freedom.
Through guided meditation, reflection, journaling, and gentle mirror work, this gathering offers a supportive environment to process what we’ve been holding and reconnect with our inner compassion. Together, we’ll explore what it means to let go of harsh inner narratives and move forward with greater softness and clarity.
This is a space to be honest, tender, and human.
You do not need to be perfect to move forward — only willing to meet yourself with care.
