Embody Your Light: The Art of Receiving Sisterhood

An evening of authentic connection, healing, and learning to receive the support of other women.

We often hear about the importance of self-love, but what happens when the next step in our healing isn't another book, another breakthrough, or another season of doing it all alone?

What if it's learning to receive?

Many of us carry invisible stories that make receiving difficult. Past friendship wounds, betrayal, comparison, rejection, or the belief that we have to be everything for everyone else can quietly close our hearts to the very connection we long for.

This intimate Embody Your Light gathering is an invitation to gently soften those walls.

Together, we'll explore what it means to receive sisterhood not as something we have to earn, but as something we are worthy of simply by being ourselves.

Through guided meditation, meaningful conversation, reflection, and experiential practices, you'll be invited to reconnect with trust, vulnerability, and the healing that happens when women choose to truly see and support one another.

Because healing isn't always meant to happen alone.

Sometimes the greatest gift we can receive is each other.

During this experience you'll explore:

✨ The difference between giving support and allowing yourself to receive it

✨ Healing friendship and sisterhood wounds

✨ Releasing comparison and embracing authentic connection

✨ Practicing vulnerability in a safe, supportive space

✨ Cultivating deeper trust in yourself and other women

✨ Leaving with practical ways to create more nourishing relationships in your everyday life

Whether you arrive with lifelong friends or come alone, you'll be welcomed into a space of compassion, curiosity, and genuine connection.

Come exactly as you are.

Leave feeling a little less alone

Embody Your Light: The Art of Receiving Sisterhood

Many of us have learned to be independent, to carry the weight alone, and to pour into everyone around us while quietly longing for deeper connection. Past friendship wounds, betrayal, comparison, or the fear of being fully seen can create invisible barriers that keep us from receiving the support we deserve.

The Art of Receiving Sisterhood is an intimate evening designed to gently explore those barriers and rediscover the healing that happens in authentic connection.

Through guided meditation, reflection, experiential exercises, and heartfelt conversation, you'll be invited to soften into vulnerability, practice receiving without needing to earn it, and experience the power of being witnessed by other women walking their own healing journeys.

We'll also gather around a nourishing meal generously provided by My Fit Foods, because receiving care extends beyond emotional support it includes allowing ourselves to be nourished in body, mind, and spirit.

Whether you come with a friend or arrive on your own, you'll be welcomed into a compassionate space where authenticity is celebrated, connection is nurtured, and every woman has a place.

During this experience, you'll enjoy:

• ✨ Guided Crystal Bowl meditation

• ✨ Reflection & journaling

• ✨ Meaningful connection exercises

• ✨ Community discussion

• ✨ A wholesome meal provided by My Fit Foods

Leave feeling lighter, more connected, and reminded that one of life's greatest gifts is allowing ourselves to be supported by community.

The Mirror of Love: A Heart Healing Cacao Ceremony

Your heart holds everything the love, the grief, the memories, and the parts of you that learned to close in order to protect yourself. This ceremony is an invitation to gently open again.

We begin with ceremonial cacao, a sacred plant medicine known for its heart-opening and grounding properties. Cacao works subtly yet powerfully, softening emotional walls, deepening connection to self, and guiding you into a state of presence, clarity, and receptivity. As you sip, you’ll be invited to set an intention and begin dropping into the wisdom of your heart.

From this space, you will be guided through somatic heart activation and the Gallery of The Heart meditation. A journey through the spaces your heart has carried, the moments that shaped you, and the places where you may have left pieces of yourself behind.

With awareness and compassion, you’ll be supported in calling your energy back to yourself… preparing you to meet your reflection in the next phase.

You will then be invited into the Mirror of Love a powerful, optional mirror work experience where you stand before a full-length mirror and witness yourself fully. This is a moment of truth, of softness, of reclamation. A space to speak to yourself with compassion, to release self-abandonment, and to choose yourself again.

Through intentional ritual, emotional release, and guided integration, this ceremony supports you in:

• opening the heart through cacao and conscious presence

• releasing emotional residue and past heartache

• calling your energy back to yourself

• softening self-judgment and deepening self-compassion

• reconnecting to your capacity to give and receive love

This is a space to feel, to be seen, and to remember the love that already lives within you.

No prior experience is needed. All parts of you are welcome here.

Self-forgiveness is one of the most powerful and tender forms of healing. It asks us to release the weight of past choices, soften self-judgment, and meet ourselves with compassion instead of criticism.

This month’s Embody Your Light circle is devoted to the practice of forgiving ourselves — not to erase the past, but to free ourselves from the shame, guilt, and pressure we continue to carry. When we learn to meet ourselves with understanding, we create space for growth, self-trust, and emotional freedom.

Through guided meditation, reflection, journaling, and gentle mirror work, this gathering offers a supportive environment to process what we’ve been holding and reconnect with our inner compassion. Together, we’ll explore what it means to let go of harsh inner narratives and move forward with greater softness and clarity.

This is a space to be honest, tender, and human.
You do not need to be perfect to move forward — only willing to meet yourself with care.

All are welcome. No prior experience needed.
Please bring a journal.
