Survivor’s Remorse: A Sibling Grief Circle
Sunday March 29 | 1–2pm
There is a unique kind of grief that comes with losing a sibling — one that is often unspoken, deeply personal, and rarely given space to be witnessed.
Survivor’s Remorse is a gentle grief circle for those navigating life after the loss of a brother or sister. Whether your loss is recent or years old, this space honors the complex emotions of continuing life while carrying their memory: love, guilt, anger, longing, and remembrance.
Together we will gather in a grounded and compassionate environment for guided reflection, journaling, and optional sharing in community. This is not a space that tries to fix grief, but one that allows it to be held with care and witnessed without judgment.
Please bring a journal and pen. You are welcome to bring a small photo or personal item for an optional altar to honor your sibling or loved one.
All emotions welcome. Sharing always optional.
You do not have to carry this alone.
