Hosted by Alexandria of Lux Aura and sound practitioner Paul Summers Jr., this immersive experience blends Reiki energy healing with soothing sound frequencies to help calm the nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and invite you into a state of deep rest and alignment. As winter fades and new life begins to emerge, we gather in community to release what feels heavy and welcome fresh intention for the season ahead.
You’ll be guided into a comfortable resting position while healing sound and Reiki energy flow throughout the space, creating a peaceful sanctuary for your body, mind, and spirit to reset. No experience with Reiki or sound healing is needed — simply come as you are and allow yourself to receive.
