The Mirror of Love: A Heart Healing Cacao Ceremony
Your heart holds everything the love, the grief, the memories, and the parts of you that learned to close in order to protect yourself. This ceremony is an invitation to gently open again.
We begin with ceremonial cacao, a sacred plant medicine known for its heart-opening and grounding properties. Cacao works subtly yet powerfully, softening emotional walls, deepening connection to self, and guiding you into a state of presence, clarity, and receptivity. As you sip, you’ll be invited to set an intention and begin dropping into the wisdom of your heart.
From this space, you will be guided through somatic heart activation and the Gallery of The Heart meditation. A journey through the spaces your heart has carried, the moments that shaped you, and the places where you may have left pieces of yourself behind.
With awareness and compassion, you’ll be supported in calling your energy back to yourself… preparing you to meet your reflection in the next phase.
You will then be invited into the Mirror of Love a powerful, optional mirror work experience where you stand before a full-length mirror and witness yourself fully. This is a moment of truth, of softness, of reclamation. A space to speak to yourself with compassion, to release self-abandonment, and to choose yourself again.
Through intentional ritual, emotional release, and guided integration, this ceremony supports you in:
opening the heart through cacao and conscious presence
releasing emotional residue and past heartache
calling your energy back to yourself
softening self-judgment and deepening self-compassion
reconnecting to your capacity to give and receive love
